September 7th-October 27th
Saturdays & Sundays noon- 6 pm
With your admission into the Fall Harvest Festival you are invited to visit the Flaming Acres Flower Garden which is filled with beautiful flowers for guests to enjoy viewing or picking this fall season until the first frost in October. Flower bouquets may be purchased in quart size mason jars or for u-pick in 1/2 gallon buckets. We also offer hand bouquets, flower pressing and lavender for drying.
The sunflowers vary in height from 24 inches to 14 feet with colors ranging from white, cream, lemon, yellow, green, orange, red, purple, pink, purple, burgundy, brown, and black. Since we harvested our own Zinnia seeds in 2023, the color variations are delightful. We have a viewing garden with 300 different varieties of dahlias which bloom in the fall and are a feast for the eyes. The garden boasts over 500 beautiful lavender plants that continually bloom throughout the early summer and into the fall. We are harvesting the lavender for dried bouquets. At Flaming Acres, our visitors are inspired by the wonderful array of flowers. Our complimentary garden flowers include Sweet Peas, Cosmos, Celosia, Yarrow and more. We will take care of your flowers while you enjoy the other activities around the farm. Fall admission is required for you to enter the garden area to cut or purchase flowers.
